We could not be more pleased with the work LG Kramer did with our carpet. Speaking with Gianna was a pleasure to learn about their services, setting the appointment, and managing the process. She is extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and very courteous and pleasant to work with. When it came time for the appointment, Arthur called us 35 minutes before to give a heads up on their arrival time – many vendors say they will do that, and then just show up without calling. Since we were running errands, this was a big help to get the call beforehand. Our carpet became loose, and Arthur and team did an excellent job to tighten the carpet and make it look great. We highly recommend working with LG Kramer!

I would recommend LGkramer flooring to anybody who has a flooring need. Their customer service is amazing, and the work speaks for itself! I had a small carpet issue and they were able to come out and make it look perfect! 5stars from start to finish. Edited to add that the installers Mike, and Arthur were awesome! They made sure that everything was perfect and they were very polite.

She personally came to our home to break down every detail so that there wouldn't be any unexpected hidden fees or issues which was exactly what my husband and I were looking for when hiring a company; complete transparency!
