Arrived on time, explained the process and cleaned a brand new queen mattress that the dog had an accident on. Really nice guy and didn't take long at all. Now the mattress has a waterproof cover 😆

The employees were friendly and communication was excellent, but the overall result was disappointing. My parents just purchased a condo, and I hired this company to clean all of the tile and grout lines. Scheduling was easy, and their automated updates were convenient. Unfortunately, after the first technician left, the floors looked almost the same as before—the grout lines were still very dirty. To their credit, they responded quickly and sent another technician out a couple of days later. He was professional and apologetic, explaining that the first technician was new. While the second visit made a slight improvement, many areas still looked untouched. I even tested a few grout lines myself using only a microfiber cloth and water and was able to lift dirt that should’ve come up with

I am thoroughly pleased with the work that has been done here. I had all my carpets done all of my furniture done and my tile steamed. The young man that was here worked very hard and was very thorough. Their pricing compared to Stanley Seymour is amazing. Definitely give them a try.
