LGC Roofing

I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service by LGC Roofing. I called LGC Roofing and spoke to Lucas (assuming he's the owner) to inspect my roof for a leak that I identified by a water spot on my ceiling. Lucas stated that he was doing other work in my area and that he could come to my house on 27 June at 11:00am. I left work earlier to meet with Lucas. I waited over an hour!! While waiting I called LGC Roofing several times with no answer, no one has contacted me as the time of this review. In my opinion this is not the way to treat customers after an agreement has been made. I would question the work being done by this company if you needed to contact about a project done in your home.

I can not vouch for their quality of work, and judging by the other reviews I am sure they do a great job. However, I talked to Lukas on Saturday 4/23/16 about getting an estimate on our flat roof that had leaked and flooded overnight. Told me he would be down that day for an estimate. He never showed and didn't call to cancel. Left messages Sunday and Monday asking what was going on and again never received any calls or messages back. At this point I have to just assume he is blowing me off, and had to call another roofing company. pretty disappointing experience after being excited from reading the 5 star reviews.

We sold our house and needed to make a few repairs that came up during the home inspection. I was able to send pictures of the issues and get a quote immediately. The guys came out the next morning and did the work quickly. They were extremely courteous and everything was cleaned up when they left. Excellent service at a a reasonable price. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and LGC is another great one.

Bad company. Doesn't care about the warranty. My roof was done 10 years ago. But now leaks. The warranty is 15 years on workmanship and 20 years on shingles. They just don't care. All they want is money. Half a job but was paid for all.

LGC is by far the best roofer in NJ. We came down from CT after Sandy and worked with Lukasz, very professional man. He works well under pressure, and is a real craftsman. If you need perfection this is the place to get it.
