LHB is great, both me and my wife were moving out of our apartment and wanted to get our home in top notch shape before moving out and stumbled upon LHB cleaning services. When I first contacted them I got a call back within minutes of my email. Lance was extremely friendly and willing to work around my schedule as well as my needs when it came to cleaning my apartments carpet floor all while coming out to give me a free quote. He not only did a great job but also exceeded my expectations for a rather reasonable price. Overall I’m more than happy in my decision to book my carpet cleaning through LHB and will be using them again in the near future.

I initially had LHB out to my late father’s home to give me an estimate to clean the carpets which were in bad shape. Lance was professional and understanding of the situation. He was sensitive when discussing the state of the carpets and gave me a very honest and fair estimate. I was so happy with our interaction that I scheduled an estimate for my own home. He came and did a thorough exam of our carpets (we have a dog and cats who sometimes have accidents). He took our large rug to be cleaned and did our two rooms and stairs. The estimate and cleaning took place the same week. As soon as I came home from work the day of the cleaning I could smell the difference. Every interaction with Lance has been positive and the team did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

Wow! I expected my area rug to look clean when I got it back but it looks brand new! I have an extra large expensive area rug and 3 large dogs and two younger kiddos. I thought the damage had been done but what Lance delivered was above my expectations.cannot wait to have him back for my carpet and some furniture!
