Lima came out promptly to do an estimate. He was reasonable and honest. I appreciate honesty. It's the best quality in a worker. Lima did an amazing job removing old broken bathroom floor tiles as well as the rotted sub floor. He replaced sub floor and installed new tiles. He also installed a new bathroom vanity sink. Everything looks great and sturdy. No concerns with the job. I would highly recommend Lima. Great job
