The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care—every item arrived in perfect condition. Before choosing Liberty Bell I contacted two other moving companies to compare prices. Not only were Liberty Bell's prices competitive, they were by far the most responsive. I sent one message and got an immediate response. Liberty Bell was also extremely accommodating in scheduling a time that worked with my tight timeline. They were prompt the day of the move and gave me a call to let me know when they would be arriving. We had to move a gun safe down two flights of stairs that had a narrow landing between the two flights. The four movers who came handled it amazing. They took their time and were in constant communication with each other about what needed to happen next to carefully move this heavy piece in a difficult area. It was clearly a team effort! George, Darien, and Gavin unloaded an entire POD for us today. We moved ourselves and needed extra help with the big items and heavy lifting at the final destination of our new old home. From first contact Liberty Bell was professional, courteous, and helpful. Zach came out to our house on a weekend to provide an estimate. The pricing policy was clear and easy to understand. The movers themselves, Bill and crew, were prompt, worked hard, and remained upbeat and cheerful throughout the day. They conducted themselves professionally, used clean language (important to us with our young child under foot), and were very polite. Each worked efficiently and as a team to get the job done quickly. I found Liberty Bell Moving to be honest and reliable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liberty Bell Moving!! My boyfriend and I bought our very first house but he had shoulder surgery a few months prior so was unable to assist me in the move. We reached out to gather quotes from various moving companies and Liberty Bell was incredibly responsive, kind, and fairly priced. Booking took 5 minutes and allowed me time pack and get ready for the big day. The day of the move Derek and Mike arrived promptly and with smiles on their faces. They asked for a run down of what needed to go, how large our storage unit was and got right to work. When I say these guys were quick, I am not lying!!! They worked around the mess and were so patient with us. When to got to our new home they were incredibly cautious and delicate bringing items in.
