Liberty Door & Awning

Unfortunately I'm making this review after months of getting the run around from this company. They replaced both of my garage motors. They also installed both my in warranty garage doors of my new construction home. After they relaced both of the motors they adjusted my travel to the point of squishing my rubber under both my doors. I have had no water come in my garage prior to the job they did but the company refused to take accountability. They sent a guy here and the guy talked me into not getting the travel adjusted he told me if it happens again to call and they would come adjust. I called and they tried to charge me a service fee! The owner told me that it happens to his and that I should put a cut hose inside of the rubber. I was told by two individuals that my doors are covered a

Our new construction doors that were installed were a low grade model. We decided to change them and upgrade to a better quality. We contacted Liberty Door & Awning. They came and gave us ideas. We decided to go with them. Brian came and installed the doors. He was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work he did. The doors are a much better quality and made our house pop! I would highly recommend them..

Liberty Door and Awning is the best place! Joe Quinn, who is the salesman, was not pushy at all and gave me every option and was very realistic with my needs. They lost their one warehouse with the fires in May but they still were accommodating and never missed a beat! I highly recommend them.

Ordered a garage door in December, it is now April and we still do not have the door. Installation was pushed back a few times for who knows what reason. Was finally to be installed on 3/31 only to find out they ordered the wrong size door. Now have to wait for another door to be made. New installation date 4/28, now the warehouse supposedly burned to the ground. Now have to wait who knows how long for another door to be made. I would just get my money back and go somewhere else. Husband wants to wait. Stay away from this company. Not to mention the guy who came out to measure was a jerk. Basically said to my husband why are you putting a new door on this house, as if our house was not worth a new garage door. Response to your response- I should have had my door in March if the wrong size
