I regret my decision on overlooking a small business and going with this company as my choice. I went in on Saturday 2/28/26 and scheduled to have 3 window wells measured for Wednesday 03/04/26. As soon as I paid a deposit and walked out the door I received a phone call to reschedule and then I received 2 more calls to reschedule again and then to wait for their Denver office to contact me. It is now 03/09/26 so I called the Denver office and selected the option for the scheduling department and then had to leave a voicemail only to receive a text message from their schedule person that they don’t schedule window well measurements and that someone else would call. I then called the Springs location to express my frustrations and then I was told I’d be scheduled Friday 03/13 but then before

After three estimates from three companies I chose Liberty based on their privacy screen solution and price. The product is made in Denver and was installed today… looks great and I look forward to many years of trouble free operation with the included warranty. The young men who installed it were great… Adam and Xavier… kudos to them! Would recommend this company.

We recently had a retractable awning and 2 Roll up sunshades installed on our new home by Edgar and Ivan, who did a great job in a little over an hour. We have been very pleased with the service from everyone at Liberty, including Michael and Anthony, in Sales, and Dave?, who did the final measurements. The awning and screens will make our outdoor areas much more comfortable. We have used Liberty in the past for storm/security doors and have been very happy with the quality of their products and customer service. We highly recommend Liberty for their home products.
