Liberty Plaza Garage - 10 Liberty St.

Avoid this garage, it's not worth your money and they don't deserve your money. I've never had such bad service before. Wouldn't let us in a few minutes early and was grumpy because of it. Afterwards, barely communicated and gestured and grunted for us to follow them, give them keys, etc. Basically seemed like we were at fault for choosing their garage. Just don't go here.

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS. This place is run by a bunch of crooks. I made a reservation through BestParking. We arrived about 15 minutes before our reservation and they took the car without issue. Upon leaving, they insisted we pay $20 extra because we arrived before our reservation time (in the app, the garage was the same price no matter when you arrived but we weren't sure on our arrival time because of traffic). We also left hours before our reservation was expiring, but of course that didn't matter... I have parked countless times with BestParking throughout the city and have frequently arrived a few minutes before a reservation time and have never been had to pay extra.

Had a reservation for our truck but it took a little grea$ing to let him let us park.

Swindlers and crooks. Stay as far away from here as possible. I never ever write bad reviews, but this experience compeled me to. I parked my crossover here through parkwhiz. I purposely picked this garage because they say they do not charge an extra fee for crossovers in the app. When I left my car I showed the attendant my QR code and he did not say anything to me. When I came to pick up my car he would not release it to me until I paid a $10 up charge. I also tried to open the app to show him that they do not charge an extra fee for crossovers. At that moment the garage reservations were turned off in the app. This garage only reappeared in the app an hour after my confrontation with the attendant. If you have crossover do not park here.

My husband decided to park here since it was open until late. The guy who took the car seem inexperienced. The next day picking up the car the other person on shift informs us that they left the car on all night!!!!!!!!!! The guy didn’t even apologize or anything just handed us the car. Soon after we started experiencing the car turning off on its own. When we tried to fix it they informed us it was the battery and had to be replaced. Terrible service and never again !!
