Liberty State Cleaning Services - Buffalo NY

Booked a deep clean with company after doing my research. Basil was my.cleaner and lets just say my house not left spotless. He only had 2 rags to clean with and used dawn dish soap to clean bathroom. Mutli areas were cleaned and he used the bathroom rag on the windows and to dust the blinds. The glass on the french doors had a film on them. Baseboards we not cleaned like I paid for. Owner did call me but offered no solution like having a crew there first thing in am to retify this. Instead he said it's almost 5pm I am not sure I can do that. So the owner is not willing to do the work so why would the employees do theirs. Be aware don't be out money with a dirty house. Basil came and cleaned all my wooden ceiling beams and did a fantastic job! Also had my carpets cleaned. Basil did a great job and was very nice and professional!

Basil did a very good job, but Liberty did not allocate enough time for him to clean the entire house. Many things were glossed over due to him being overbooked. $500 down the drain when I’m already house broke Edit: They offered a free two hour re-clean, which was nice. I was able to point out some specific things I wanted done, but when I'm paying good money for a move-in DEEP clean, I expect thoroughness.

Basil did an amazing job. I’ve been so exhausted from school and work that I had to hire this service. He got here cleaned and now my apartment is spotless. My mind is at ease truly. Thank you so much Basil.

Basil did a real good job. Our tenant left grease all over the kitchen floor in the restaurant and especially the corners. He did clean it all as well as the fire system. Very courteous and polite. I recommend this company and especially Basil.
