The initial job on the floors looked great and they told me they offered a 1 yr warranty. Once floors settled you could clearly see that some of the items that they stated would naturally settle did not. I reached out to Lica to correct concerns with uneven coat finish, glue coming apart on transitions strips, and gaps/waves where wood fill was placed throughout flooring. I was that told they would fix no problem and would be out to my home the following week. Unfortunately I have yet to hear back from them on the delivery of that promise. (it's been 2 over months).

Lica did a wonderful job installing the hardwood floors on our second floor and also the garage steps. They were fast and efficient, finishing the 1300 sq ft flooring in an incredible one day. They were a professional service, and we are very happy. We will definitely recommend!

Lica did an EXCELLENT job on my luxury red oak hardwood floor installation! If you want courteous, hardworking, professional, and efficient service Lica Hardwood Floors is the BEST! I would not hesitate to recommend their company if you are looking for a quick, quality install. They removed lots of carpeting and added solid red oak floors and stairs, which really upgraded the look of our home. Our Floors look EXCELLENT!

I would have given them five stars but I am having an issue with a gaping board. I tried contacting Ali and the owner, but still no one has come by to fix it as of this review. They don't stand behind their labor warranty and don't seem to care after they got your money.
