We are so happy with Dale, the LifeSource sales representative that we worked with as well as the installers Adam and Leo. All three show LifeSource Water systems in an excellent light. We found Dale honest and straightforward. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us changing our minds one way than another! He helped us get the system we really wanted. Adam and Leo came on our install day and got right to work. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Adam gave us a thorough walk through of our system before they left. Dale even came on the install day to make sure we were happy. Even our dogs had fun watching the work from their golf cart! Gilbert and Cody, Life Source Water Systems Tech Installers were very knowledgeable about their work. It’s evident on how fast they were able to go about the installation: digging the ground where to place the canisters… actual installation of the systems and connection of the rain barrel for water collection during the system’s periodic purge. They were most helpful to me and accommodated my requests plus Gilbert saved my plants that were removed to have a place for the canisters. Very accommodating and again knowledgeable which are essential traits doing this job. I am most thankful to both of them. Gilbert and Cody came as a team and Gilbert was absolutely amazing; very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and went the extra miles to make sure that all my questions and requests were met. Cody was definitely an introvert but very polite, got the job done professionally and with ease, he had a lot of knowledge under his belt. Amazing team! Thank you!!!

It’s a little pricey compared to 11 years ago when I first got the system. It’s still an okay system. The water does taste great, but for the money, it’s a little much. Had to get a separate calcium filter, which was also a pretty good expense. It would’ve been 5 stars due to the price. Maybe a little research would’ve been a cost saver, who knows.
