Liftech Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair

We had LIFTECH install 2 egress windows. The windows are the highest quality we could have imagined. All work was completed as agreed and in a timely manner. The crew was very personable and kept us informed of their progress. Everything was explained as the job progressed. We had a crew of 3 men, Blake Penney, Cody Farrow, and Paul Songer. These men took great care of our property and left it in perfect condition!! We HIGHLY recommend LIFTECH!!

Revised: The repair tech arrived and got right to work. He did a great job leveling the patio and a good job on the front step. The lift tech and finisher are scheduled separately, which was explained later on during a phone conversation with the manager who called to address some concerns. The sealer tech had rescheduled claiming weather, but yet it was 70's and sunny the entire week. After speaking with the manager he explained the reasoning behind the separate scheduling, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, much of the sealant started bubbling severely in many places only days after install (photo reflects one area but similar in multiple locations), and now it needs to be striped out and reapplied correctly (a potentially avoidable issue had the rescheduling not occurred and had they a

The guys did a great job. They were on-time both days, communicated well, respected the property and finished the job when they said they would.

The Liftech team starting with Austin coming out to look at the situation with my elderly parents basement wall shifting inward, due to a water saturation issue over the years. He was very thorough in explaining the correct technique and process for repairing/ straightening the wall and securing another wall that had moved but we just wanted to prevent further movement. Also, had the put proper drainage around the basement floor into a new sump pump. They added an egress window in process and made sure that the affected walls were waterproofed. Ben and Troy were our on sight technicians. They were both respectful and Ben kept us in the loop thru the whole process to make sure we understood what was going on step by step. The work was completed in less time than they had originally planned
