Mohammad with with Masters was so amazing very friendly always had a smile on his face. He is very good at what he does. I had two 10 x 10 fully insulated garage doors installed along with a Liftmaster garage door opener on one of the doors I went with the side mount lift since it is better for the bigger commercial doors. I am going to recommend Mohammed to all of my friends and family. If I had a question, I would text him and he would respond immediately. I wish all companies could be like Mohammed with Liftmaster. Great experience! Our garage door's spring suddenly broke and Mohammad was able to come out and fix it the same day. The installation quality was superb and priced very reasonably. Communication was friendly and responsive, and importantly he engaged using the same channel (messaging) that I initiated from. It may seem an insignificant detail, but a business that engages the customer where he/she is at, i.e. using the customer's preferred medium is just a pleasure to work with. Everyone else tried immediately to get me on the phone, i.e. their preferred medium rather than meet me where I was at.
