Lena provided us with a detailed estimate and payment schedule and took care of lining up contractors and technicians to perform every aspect of the remodel. She leveraged her relationships with outstanding professionals to get the job done right and efficiently so that our family did not have to live in a construction zone for any longer than anticipated. After seeing the other flipped homes and renovations from Light Box in our subdivision and the surrounding areas, we decided to move forward and have them perform a gut renovation on our 1961 ranch. Our 1961 ranch was dated and almost totally original. It had numerous problems with the structure, the floor plan, the plumbing, the electrical and the decor. The laundry was in a dark corner of the basement and the stairwell into the basement was so narrow that it required the laundry basket to be held lengthwise in order to duck under a short door to access the machines. Lena worked with her team to develop a plan to update the floor plan as well as finish the basement and update all systems. Lightbox homes recently completed a remodel of my kitchen and replacement of our decking boards. All workers were respectful and professional and Lena was always available to explain what was going on and the progress being made. This remodel was completed while a traumatic event occurred within our family and Lena and the crew were incredibly understanding and flexible as I worked through that loss. They also sped up completion of the project to help accommodate what was happening. Additionally, our kitchen is gorgeous and Lena definitely has and maintains a great attention to detail.
