Serenity Restoration

I cannot give enough praise for Matt and AJ at Serenity Restoration. We had mold from water intrusion in our home. These guys were reasonably priced compared to other estimates and were fabulous to work with, providing thorough explanations regarding every step of the process. They are professional and trustworthy—easy to have around. An added bonus is how much they loved our dogs, Kirby and Stella, who loved them back in equal measure! Although we hope not to need them again, they would definitely be on speed dial. Thanks Matt and AJ!

I had a possible mold/organic growth spot in my crawl space after a leak, and Serenity Restoration was incredible to work with. They met me at a time that was convenient for my schedule, came out extremely fast, and were just genuinely honest guys who kept it straight with me. When Hurricane Helene passed through our area, the lower level of our home experienced significant flooding. Once we realized the damage was beyond what we could manage on our own, we contacted Serenity Restoration. AJ answered our call and was exceptionally professional, calm, and reassuring. He informed us that their team could arrive within a few hours, which immediately eased our concerns. When AJ and Matt arrived, they continued to provide a sense of reassurance and promptly began removing the standing water. Without delay they set up dehumidifiers and air movers to begin the drying process and scheduled a follow-up visit a few days later to remove the damaged flooring and compromised drywall. I called Serenity Restoration after being notified by the insurance company of a possible cancellation of my insurance policy if an inspection was not performed within a limited amount of time. Matt responded to my request the very next day. He did a magnificent job assisting with an inspection of the roof and attic after a roof replacement. He did an investigation to determine if there was microbial growth in the home. He found the attic clean and well insulated. He presented me with a detailed photo report along with his credentials to forward to insurance company. AJ, Matt, and the full team are top notch. If you’re looking for a team that will do the job right, pay attention to detail, and be patient with your questions, go with Serenity. We had a water leak in our master bathroom, which also caused damage to the closet directly below. They did an excellent job with both the mitigation and restoration. They also reduced my stress by working directly with my insurance and guiding me along the way.
