Light Bulb Warehouse

My husband purchased a lightbulb from a nice older man who said if this isn't the right color, bring it back and we'll get you the right color. My husband has always had good experiences at the store. The bulb was too warm, so asked me to go back and exchange it for a bright or white. The woman at the store is named Abby, and she treated me horribly. She said they didn't have the bulb in any other colors that I would have to special order it. And then I would have to special order six and they would be non-returnable. Then she said that the store isn't making them so I don't have that option. So I said fine. I would just like to return this bulb and she said no, it's been more than five days. You can't return it. And I said well my husband wasn't given a time frame. She said it's the polic

That’s one went to Crissys top list, just today. Wow. Ok, I was hunting this specific light bulb and nowhere to be found. When I went to Laps Plus my favorite lighting store they recommended me to check Light Bulb Warehouse. Sorry for the long introduction it’s just that this is for sure in everyone’s favorite list. Mrs Abby knows all and when she saw the photo of the bulb I was looking for she clearly made my day. Their variety is amazing. A must!

Extremely rude man that works there. All I asked was to change the hours sign since it says they close at 5pm, but he closed at 3pm instead. He starts going off on me saying he has the right to close whenever he wants and that its his store. Fine, I dont care about that, all I said was to update the hours sign, he accuses me of interrupting him and being rude which struck a nerve with me because that's how he was towards me. Then Im getting frustrated and said "All I'm saying is to update the sign", then he interrupts me again saying to not come to his store anymore and then I said "Excuse me?" and he hung up on me. I was a customer for almost 2 decades there, always gave them 5 stars until Aug 7, 2025. Now its one star and I am taking my business somewhere else because of poor customer se

They don't answer their phones, can't drive 15 miles to find out they don't have the bulb i need, ugh

Told me I was lucky to find these common bulbs used around mirrors in bathrooms. Not true, got home and the other bulbs are LED and much brighter. Plus she made me buy 6 for 55ish dollars.The place looks like a rat nest. Go to Amazon.
