Lightning Locksmith

Me and my family got locked out while bringing groceries in around 10:30 on a Monday night. I called every locksmith in the area and they either didn’t answer or they told me that they had no one to send to my location. I finally saw lightning locksmith on google and decided to give them a call even though they were more than a half hour away. They answered the phone and after telling me that I was out of there area, they still managed to find daniel and get him to come to my location. Without them me and my family would’ve been stranded till Tuesday morning and I’m extremely grateful that they were able to get ahold of Daniel and send him to get me in my apartment. Edgar did such an amazing job helping me get a new key. Was fast, very good at communicating and got the job done! Everything you’d need out of a locksmith service.

Called and she was having her hair done and was going to call me back to get my information. Never did. I called and gave her my address and was told they would be here between 6:15 and 6:30. No one showed so I called again now no on answers but said they would call back in 15 minutes or less. It is now 7:45 and no call back or show up. I left a message cancelling my appointment. Won't do business with them as they are unreliable. Wasted my evening waiting.

Lost my keys while swimming in a river not to far from where I live, they were able to come out next morning and get a new key made with a key FOB! Very friendly and extremely pleasant experience! I would 100% recommend them and will be using their services again!

Absolutely impressed with this company! Locked my keys in my car running insurance was a joke my car was running for almost 4 hours so I just called someone myself and they came out with in 30 mins they are AWESOME!!! Thank you!!
