Michiana's Build All

We purchased an older house that was in needs of updates. We met with Josh and walked the jobs we needed him on. Large window removed and french door in its place, add 2 windows with one being in concrete block wall, replace existing cut down solid door in concrete block wall with full size glass window door, add multiple outlets, wire hot tub with shut off, knocked out a wall and add archway walkway through. Josh hit our budget and was able to complete the job in less time than he had quoted. Easy to work with and did a great job of cleaning up everyday. We plan to use Josh again for a bathroom remodel soon and then a few more projects. He's a great down to earth contractor to work with.

This is the second job we had done by Michiana’s Build All and, like the first job, they surpassed our expectations. The task was to eliminate the deck from bowing by installing cross braces under our deck to support joists that had been omitted from the initial build four years ago.Not only is the chance of the deck bowing eliminated but they were able to troubleshoot other potential issues and resolve them. Their work was excellent and efficient….completing the job ahead of schedule. (Their first job for us was replacing the two steps from our house into the garage with a platform and steps with railing. We continue to be very happy with the results and their excellent workmanship.) As you can see, Michana’s Build All comes highly recommended.

We needed an outside wall repaired due to water damage. The quote Josh gave was reasonable. He arrived on time, finished the work ahead of schedule and left the site clean and tidy. Great job. I have no complaints.

Josh and his team redid our front porch along with some other smaller projects, they did an amazing job!! He was professional, the communication was excellent from start to finish, and the end result was exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Josh and his team. They arrived on time, put in my new floor, and cleaned up afterwards. They are friendly and easy to talk to, answering my questions as the work progessed. I would gladly hire them again.
