The technician arrived and explained the process before treatment began. He did an internal walk thru of our home for potential issues and saw nothing of concern. He then proceeded to treat the outside of the house and gave us an update before leaving. The gentleman was pleasant, informative and professional. I am beyond pleased with Lighting Termite and can confidently recommend them for the exceptional service they provide.

The technician was on time, very personable and professional. He thoroughly inspected the interior, garage, exterior and patio areas. He also performed the exterior treatment to maintain my bond.
