I just took a one day workshop, which was excellent. Great structure, the right balance of lecture and hands on instruction and I learned a lot. I was on the fence because of scheduling and distance, but I am so glad I made time for it. I picked up some products and will soon start work on my own project.

I've made two online purchases through this location - to be fulfilled by me picking up the order. Clean, efficient online ordering. Informative product descriptions. Both times, the staff at this location have been proactively responsive. The first occasion I had asked for a quick turn on the pick up, first thing the following morning, and they made it happen - seemingly effortlessly. The second time, the associate called me to confirm that my order was received and ready for pick up, and then made sure that her colleagues would be able to assist me upon arrival. The people here seem to be friendly, customer-focused associates. My only gripe is the hidden driveway on a 45 mph highway. I missed it the first time. It's also tricky to get out, and to see traffic from both directions

Stopped in this afternoon to pick up a bottle of D/2 while I was in the area. Office was super helpful, I was able to walk in and pay for my order, they had the item in stock and I was quickly on my way! Hoping to get back in the spring for a hands-on seminar for some work coming up in 2021.
