Do not rent a Penske truck from here. I rented a truck for pick up at 7am and was told at 7:05, after my arrival, that the truck wouldn't be available until 9am for no valid reason. When I asked why no one called me in advance to inform me of the delay, I was told that they did call me. This is a lie, and a lie that they inadvertently admitted to telling later on. They then neglected to keep me updated on the arrival of the truck, and when I called again for an update, they claimed that the truck had been there the whole time. This is another lie. When I pointed out that they kept changing their story, they got extremely disrespectful with me, claiming that them working remotely was the reason for their incompetence and insisting that I go an actual Penske store to get a truck if I wanted

Staff and owner is very honest upfront and does excellent work would definitely use all their services again!!! One call and they were here to give me estimate and do the job in a timely and impeccable manner!!! Thx guys!!!
