We needed some minor work around the house and were getting ghosted by independent contractors. Fed up because we were running out of time to get the work done, I googled "best exterior painters Richmond, VA"were first on the results. For good reason!!!

We had a tough job to do and Lin Flooring delivered ! The project involved removing old hardwoods and tile in the kitchen of a 1920’s Museum District house. They took care to minimize dust ( a herculean effort ). At the beginning and throughout the project there was clear communication about expectations. Me about what we wanted and they regarding the idiosyncrasies of working on an old structure. It takes years of experience to avoid pitfalls and deliver an A+ job. I can recommend without hesitation and plan on using them again for future projects.

We had a gap in our laminate floors in a new build that was very difficult to fix. Lin Flooring was able to fix the issue without having to rip all of the floors out. We were very happy with his work, and he cleaned up nicely when he was done. We would definitely recommend.

We recently built an RV garage with about 2,000 square feet of living space. Lin Flooring did the ceramic tile in both bathrooms, the kitchen backsplash tile, and 1,800+ square feet of LVP for the floors. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from start to finish. The quality of the work was outstanding. The price was very reasonable. They show up when they say they will and they get the work done quickly. I was particularly impressed with how they did the floors. It wasn't just one or two guys. They showed up with 5-6 folks who knew what they were doing and they got all the flooring done in a single day. I highly recommend them. In fact ... we are planning some upgrades in the main house and plan to use them for that work as well.
