Lincoln Center Plaza Garage (Self-Park)

They changed their rates without any notice. I got charged a few days without realizing because of the auto charge as you exit at a rate more than twice the price I’ve been paying for years

Scamed us out of an extra $25 after they didn't collect our key. Tried to charge us twice after we already paid as well. Very rude staff with attitudes. Waited 10 minutes for an attendant to show up because he was at the store apparently. 🙄 Pick another garage.

Charged us an extra $25 upon pick up for the hassle of not leaving the key (their fault for not asking for it upon drop off). Also attempted to charge us again after we had already paid online. Attendant was not there upon arrival and had to wait 10 minutes for him to come back from the store down the street. Will scam you out of more money any way possible! Extremely rude. Won’t be back.

super easy to park, just beware people who don't pay attention how paying works and the up blocking the exit gates

Complaint 311-23776517 submitted to NYC311 for code violations this garage is currently committing. Do not park here until they give the security guards the ability to manually override and lift the gate upon proof of payment (or at literally any other time, they have no control in emergency situations.)
