Lincoln Plaza Parking

We paid the pkg online and added extra fee for suv, but when arrived we were told that there is no place and to make a reverse to get out . Bad service and rude employee. Try to avoid. 50 m down the street there is another pkg with normal people. Avoid this place and go there. BAD place

0 stars. Do not use this parking garage for the sake of convenience. I parked here to go Lincoln Center for a show, parked at 7:00pm no issues easy drop off. Returned at 10:15pm to the attendant saying “sorry cash only” why? Because there systems were down. I thought they were joking at first because there was no indicator it was cash only and the card reader was present. If it was stated at drop off that it was cash only I would’ve either made it a priority to grab cash or find an alternate garbage. I needed to leave and arrived for pickup at the exact time I shared upon arrival. I attempted to get cash at the near buy banks which were now locked. There system being down now became my problem. Called the morning of Thanksgiving and was given a price of $17 as shown on the best parking app. This after being asked what type vehicle I had(Honda Odyssey). Upon arrival it changed to $27. Not thrilled at the $10 hike I accepted and moved on. Went to the parade and returned to the price now being $47, due to the holiday, as per the now manager(so called) named “James”, which I doubt was his real name. I Felt duped and scammed after all I had was $40, he said they would eat the $7. Stay at your own risk as the price scale may change if the wind blows the wrong direction.
