Our estimate matched the final cost, our items were handled with respect, and despite the challenge of a move during a terrible rainstorm, everyone kept a great sense of humor on what is a stressful day. A total nightmare!!! They couldn't get all of our items in their truck and stored them in their warehouse for a week. They DROPPED our Steinway grand piano, lost approximately $20,000 of our items and denied our claim even though we had purchased the extra insurance. According to my police report, this was a" violation of NJ 2C:20-4 Theft by Deception."

We recently moved using Liberty Storage and Mayflower Moving Company. The company was professional, the movers were courteous and respective and everything arrived in excellent condition.

It was a first class experience. From the estimate to their packing specific items. The truck picked up on time and arrived in Arizona exactly on time. Could not have been happier. Thank you
