Linear plumbing & drain cleaning

I definitely recommend Rich. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and really needed help fast. Rich picked up right away and was at my place within two hours even though I live an hour away from him. He was super upfront about his pricing from the start and he stayed transparent the whole time. He really came through when I needed it the most, and I’m grateful for how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Richard was extremely responsive from the very first email. I barely hit the send button and he was calling me! We arranged a date to install my garbage disposal. He showed up on time. Installed the disposal. Was efficient, cleaned up and took away the old disposal. He is courteous and knows his business. I will refer him to my friends and keep him as my plumber! Thanks for doing a great job!

Rich did a great job on our hot water heater. He was efficient and very professional. His prices were more reasonable than at least 6 other plumbing companies in the area. He answered our call on the weekend and came out on a Sunday to give us a free estimate. And the work was completed on Monday morning, which is the earliest he could get the parts we needed for the job. We would highly recommend using Rich for all your plumbing needs.

LOCK YOUR DOORS AFTER AN ESTIMATE !!! GUYS ARE SLIME BALLS. My girlfriend was home when they came for " A free estimate", looked at the issue in the upstairs apt and told her the work was going to be over $300. She said thank you, confirmed the estimate was free, and assumed he left. All of a sudden, 10 minutes later he shows back up, knocks on our door and says "he fixed it and we need to pay him $300". NO ONE AGREED TO THIS. So I personally said "we were under the impression it was just a free estimate, we didnt want to do any work right now" He said "This is the price of the estimate and running the snake thru" NO ONE AGREED TO THIS WORK OR THE PRICE. I paid $300 because I was in a rush to go to work and now they ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME A RECIEPT with out paying "$25". who would pay $30

Richard was quick to respond and to communicate. He was quick to get here and quick to get the issue resolved. Would absolutely use this guy again. Highly recommended
