We have a new build home in Kindred and the is the second time we have had an issue and they do not pick up the phone or call back after leaving urgent messages. I verified the number the builder gave us with the one on Google and it’s the same number. We have to go out of pocket since it was an urgent matter

Terrible craftsmanship, terrible service. Our house is less than a year old. Linscott Plumbing plumbed the house. We now have a main line leak to the house, requiring us to shut off all water to our new home. I immediately called Linscott’s emergency service line given to us at closing. After describing the problem, they HUNG UP and won’t answer when I call back. Unbelievable. This is on top of all the other plumbing issues we’ve had with the house (leaking toilets, garbage disposal, and shower). A pitiful excuse for a plumber who clearly just took the subcontractor money and ran.

Park Square home. We had shower issues day 1. Fixed it 3 times. Recently after 1 year warranty notice the wall bubbling and bowing ...more shower water damage. The grout the Linscott Plumbing did for Park Square ...is not waterproof. You must seal it. If you used Linscott Plumbing just know the water stays under the tile it's not waterproof. Removing the old caulk was just the beginning to start and see all the water that was being held. #parksquarehomes
