Lion-Aire

Lion Aire insisted/pressured me to pay to get a drip pan "installed " under the air conditioner. It cost $250 and "installation" consisted of one person to put a plastic tray under the air conditioner and unwrap the package to a sensor (and that does not include the cost of the materials). The work took less than 5 minutes and I could have easily done it myself had I know that it required NO technical knowledge whatsoever. I cannot believe how much they overcharge.

I am very impressed with Lion Air. Howard, Chris and Sierra are so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a complicated renovation and they went above and beyond in accommodating my requests, and I am very thankful for their kind assistance.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review like this before. Just wanted to say that I called Lion Aire and a man named David fixed my problem over the phone! For $0! I’m sure that’s not the best way to make money, but it did show me that they value the result more than the money. I’m a life time customer now. Thanks David!
