Worst customer experience imaginable. Whirlpool issued a work order to repair my washing machine, and they replaced a part. It didn’t fix the issue so they were supposed to come out again with a new work order (and appointment). They simply ghosted and didn’t show. After many calls and conversations with staff (Yesenia, Jennifer, and a tech) they concluded “you’re not on the schedule because our manager won’t put you on”. Reporting them to whirlpool next as an incompetent service provider. They’re refusing to do work so shouldn’t merit getting business from whirlpool (or anyone). Spare yourself the frustration and grief.

Had a weird issue with ny new Frigidaire microwave not showing the time. The scheduling process was seamless and the technician Alex was great with understanding what the potential issue was and how to resolve it. It turned out that my new microwave had an energy saver mode that was not documented anywhere in the user manual. So there was nothing wrong with my microwave, but Superior Appliance was able to provide me peace of mind that everything was operating as expected.

- On first visit, did not show up with any parts and decided which part needed replacement without doing any testing - On second visit, replaced that part which did not fix the problem - Then epeatedly lied to me saying that they were not allowed to try to fix my stove again - Then led to the applicance company saying they were all sick. Two months and two visits later my stove still has a major issue.

Frigidaire uses Superior Appliance for their warranty service. The appointment was confirmed the day before and any details they needed were easily texted to them. Virtually no wait on hold to talk to a person. Tony called to make sure we were home and was at the apartment when he said he would be. He was a consummate professional and took care of our fridge which is now working great. Thank you everyone at Superior Home Appliance, especially Tony.

I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining properly. I called Lipa’s Appliance Repair, and they were able to come out the very next day. The technician was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained everything in detail and had the part needed to fix it on hand. Now, my dishwasher works perfectly again!
