I have a historic door that weighs around 600 pounds so, when one of the springs snapped, I was nervous we were going to have to make a lot of changes. The first company we called turned the job down due to the age of everything, and the weight of the door. I called Lippard Garage doors and Jon came right out, looked at the issue, and knew exactly what he needed to do to fix it and help us preserve our history. Once the springs arrived, he came right over and installed the springs and cables. There was great communication and Jon and his team were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

Just had my garage door replaced by John at Lippard and could not be happier. Excellent price and great customer service. A neighbor had theirs replaced a little while back by John and they were also completely satisfied. When they finished theirs he came down and quoted out mine. ZERO upselling. He asked if I would like the pane with windows like they had ( I decided against that ) and did I want the insulated door which I did. Previous one was not insulated and sooo hot in the garage. Again, no pressure on either and said we can do whatever you prefer. He did say, you will be happier with the insulated door and I already am. This is a family business so he does not keep large inventories of doors in stock, but orders arrive fast. This is how he keeps cost down. For those that want to kno
