I cannot say enough about the service I received from Liptak . Each and everyone of their employees was professional and respectful. Seth answered my million questions and Keith put my basement back together after our sewer line backed up into our finished basement. We’ve never had to make an insurance claim before and these guys truly made everything easy. They went above and beyond ...even taking extra care with my pets❤️ I’d have nobody else after experiencing the Liptak level of service. I called in a panic as my basement was accumulating water due to a cracked hose in the water filter. Liptak promptly sent out a crew to evaluate and set up equipment to dry my basement. They went above and beyond to make sure pictures were taken, the correct equipment was staged and tested various parts of the basement walls to ensure the best possible outcome. They were very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all questions and easy to communicate with. Special thanks to Lori, Devan and Donovan. Would very highly recommend.

Liptak did a fantastic job of restoring and repairing our ceiling after a pipe cracked and leaked through the ceiling. Chris and his team were very friendly, kind, and understanding. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very thoughtful in considering the age of our home. A huge plus was Chris' knowledge of working with insurance. He was our advocate throughout and handled all insurance communications. Highly recommend.
