It was a bit of a challenge communicating with the lady on the phone, but eventually I was able to get my request noted. I also put in a request on the website but she said they never received it. Patrick arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, but he worked quickly and informed me of the problem and how to fix my washer. Two days later he returned with the needed part and repaired the washer. He offered a money back guarantee if the same problem occurred within three days. Patrick also offered advice and tips on purchasing washing machines in the future.

If I could leave 0 I would. I was told someone would be here between 10-12, at 9 I get a notification that someone was at my door, I get there 30-45 seconds later because I had to put my dogs outside and no one was there. We had no missed calls. Now I can’t get my stuff fixed after waiting 2 days. And when I called after 12 to see if anyone was coming they tried to make it sound like it was my fault. I had to alter my schedule to be here from 10-12 for someone to show up way earlier and then put the blame on me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I only use Lisa’s Appliance service for my appliance repair. Patrick fixed my washing machine today, which wouldn’t spin. It’s working beautifully.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY!Took off of work for my scheduled appointment and no one showed up. Finally got a hold of a lady on the phone and she told me that they got overbooked and couldn’t make it out. She then was rude to me and said ,”It wasn’t her fault because she wasn’t in the office today.” I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT ANYONE , HOWEVER, I’VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTFULLY. Strongly advise not using this company as they obviously don’t care about their customers.
