Wall paper was installed several years ago and job looked great. Decided to remodel the bathroom only to discover the installation was not sized! Insanely difficult to remove using Vinegar/Water, store bought solution and now have to resort to a Wagner steam remover.

Terrible experience and client service, I wouldn't recommend this place. First, we bought some wallpaper, half of it was left (we bought the number that they told us), and they didn't want to refund (the rolls were sealed). So, with the credit we bought more wallpaper for another wall, after installing them, the 2 rolls were not from the same color and had joins, which they first told us that they were not ! And instead of fixing the problem, they told us that we should have checked that the reference numbers were matching. We are not professionals, they are supposed to be ! Very good in store experience but that's where it ended. Avoid. Purchased and delivered wallpaper was defective (with horizontal lines like it was sitting in water) and overpriced (paid 600 for 275 if we order from the
