I hate to do this. I purchased a pool in April 2025. The sale was smooth and seamless. The installation still has not been done. My installation keeps getting pushed. Again this is not against Calvin or Ian at the store. They have been so kind and amazing. It is the installer and his boss Patrick. I am completely baffled by their professionalizing. Was told my pool would be installed by end of May 2025. Didn’t happen. Then I was told it would be done June 10, 2025 didn’t happen. Now I am being told June 21, 2025. The ONLY reason I purchased from Litehouse pool was supposed to be installed end of May 2025. I paid to have fence removed and installed 2 different times due to installation that still isn’t finished. I have small child and dogs, cannot leave my yard wide open!! Also be aware wh

I had the misfortune of trying to buy a tree from this store. My husband and my one son went in and the sales associate said the tree needed to be ordered. A week later, after a 14 hour shift, my husband called to see about picking up the tree. They ordered the wrong one and said he could pick it up at another store or wait even longer for it to come in. I opted for a refund and would get a tree somewhere else. I spoke on the phone with Shawn and Rick. Both of which were rude about me wanting a refund and stated they couldn’t do it without us coming in the store. We spent almost $1,000 on this tree. Got a great deal on my hot tub here and I still come back for all of my filters and chemicals. They are always very helpful when I have questions or cannot find what I need

Was not helpful at all at first then when they began to help, I told them repeatedly I didn’t know how many gallons my pool was and then ivgave them the right size of the pool I knew the gallons was off. I didn’t think my pool was that big and I told them at 2 times so they proceeded to show me that I needed to buy $75 worth of chemicals just to make my pool worse than what it was now I have to completely drain it and just start over again. What a joke. And a waste of money

If you read these reviews and still shop here, boy do I have a great hot tub for you!!!! Update 7/6/2025 - 2nd Panel broke. Guess I’m supposed to be please that it lasted 3x longer than the last one. Of course they want $600 for a $300 panel and $225-$400 for labor. Do I put $1k into this lemon? Warranty ended last month. Also new screen 90 day warranty for a part a had to replace twice now. Update 1/19/24 - opened the terrible designed cover that has broke in every place to an empty Hot tub. Yep wasn’t empty before. Time to get a new one. Not worth dealing. Hits keep rolling. What junk. I mean junk! Go somewhere else ! Anywhere 9/15/2021 - Panel installed and working. Cover bracket snapped it half. Good stuff lol July update - no word on panel or service date. Dead in the water
