Little Memories Quality Doll repair and restoration

Dr. Mary who cares and fixes stuffed animals is an absolute angel!! My son's Bun Bun was damaged and his ear ripped off. My son was so upset since this is his special buddy he sleeps with every night. Dr. Mary reassured my son and even explained she was fixing another buddy for another child. She explained how they would have the very best time while his Bun Bun was away for the night. She even sent a text to my phone just for my son that evening to explain how his special buddy was doing. As soon as he got off the bus we immediately headed to get his friend and she even had him in a beautiful bag ready to go. Thank you so very much for fixing his special buddy. But for also taking the time and care you did Dr. Mary with easing my son's worries!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Mary. She was responsive and friendly and helpful. She gave my 60 year old childhood doll new eyes and they look amazing. Plus as a bonus, she gussied up her hair which was sadly matted, not to mention that she had gotten a haircut 60 years ago. After adding a bow, she was quickly shipped back including being packed with diapers (a nice touch LOL). She also included a personal note. When I called, she literally answered the phone with a "Hi, Jill!" She said my baby was well behaved and she's now ready to go to my granddaughter. Highly recommend.
