I can’t say enough good things about this company!! Melissa and Joel from the moment I called were responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They arrived on time inspected every part of our home and quickly identified where the bats were entering. The removal was handled humanely and efficiently, and they took extra time to see all potential entry points, so the problem wouldn’t return. They answered every question we asked, being polite and patient. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a bat issue or any wildlife issues!!
