I had equipment issues where I couldn't Finnish snow removal on a large driveway. Called Top Notch Property Services 2 days after the storm. The customer service was great, punctuality was great, from the phone call to his arrival was under an hour. The work performed was professional and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. I just want to add after two days out there in the storm he still picked up his phone and helped remove snow even as tired as he was. To me that is very important to add cause that's dedication.

This is our first season with Ryan. Just a wee bit expensive, but totally worth his weight in gold. Ryan has two qualities that I am thrilled - honesty and reliability. He will tell you what he can do for you and he will be there to do it for you. When I was struggling with mounds of snow, Ryan gave me top notch service. He is efficient, quick and understands how to move snow. He pushed back snow for us without destroying our yard. When you need him, he will be there.

Ryan has been excellent with plowing our driveway during the recent snow storms. He takes his time and dose the job to perfection. I know you might thinks it’s just plowing but many other powers don’t care and just rush right through it tearing up driveways and knocking things down like mail boxes. Ryan also works with my late schedule to make sure I have a drivable drive way both before and after work. Thank you !
