Little Stinker Septic Service

Little Stinker will be our first call for any septic related work going forward. Lucas arrived within a few hours of our initial call and had everything pumped and inspected in a timely manner. He significantly narrowed down the likely cause of our issues and gave a referral and helpful info to address it since it isn't a service they offer. Highly recommend these folks.

I called little stinker and let them offer me some appointment options that worked for them. I chose a window of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on a weekday. Keep in mind THEY offered me the appointment times, I had to work around their schedule. That's fine if they show up but guess what happened... Come the day of the appointment I got no show, and no call. I finally called them after 12 PM and got voicemail several times. A few minutes later their scheduling lady called back. I asked what was going on. She had no idea. I asked her why they didn't call me when they weren't going to make it ontime and she had no idea. Eventually she told me the driver was running late and would be there in 10 or 15 minutes. I told her I had taken this time off from work and she offered me a tiny $20 discount whic

Travis did an exceptional job. We needed our septic tank pumped and he arrived within the agreed upon time. When he saw the access to our tank that was used 5 years ago to pump it out he stated the person used the wrong access and could have damaged the tank. He had to dig a fairly large hole to find the correct access point. Once that was found he pumped our tank and told my husband what he needed to purchase to make the correct access point available for the future. We will use them in the future. The price we paid was very reasonable. We are very happy customers.
