Calling Livewire was useless!! That was opening line on 1st review- this is my 2nd review and edit of 1st review. Livewire actually responded to my 1st review in a prompt professional and empathetic manner. I was surprised and impressed. So perhaps my 1st review might of been to harsh I thought. We setup a time during normal business hours and they sent a couple of very nice, respectful, and seemingly educated in their field individuals, 1 a master electrician. [Task given: Locate an open nuetral on 1 downed circuit.] After testing 2 sockets in room, a ceiling fan and taking 1 ceiling light down, decided to move to attic.
