The LightHouse & Flooring

Selecting materials and meeting for measurements was a good experience. The house was newly painted. I was so excited to get floors & back splash installed. The installation was HORRIBLE!!! Dirty hand prints on walls and in closets, etc…that aren’t coming completely off, gaps left in corners, several unfinished places, nicks in 2 bedroom walls, and more. They were argumentative when I took pics to them!!! So disappointed!

My experience with this business started out great! Once the flooring went down all that stopped. The product they recommended and placed in our house began to have multiple problems soon after it was laid. They refuse to replace the flooring until the manufacture replaces the warranty. Meanwhile I’m left with an inferior product and awful communication by the owners. It has been over a year without any resolution and 3 months without any communication from Lighthouse. If you are looking to use this businesss I recommend saving yourself the trouble and use someone else. Shouldn’t you stand by your product and if it doesn’t hold up to your standards, don’t you have enough integrity to replace it regardless of what the manufacturer will or won’t do? This small but large business is amazing. I get to see from a different point of view because my wife is one of the wonderful people who work there. The work they do is amazing. I have never seen such amazing work in my life, and I used to do a lot of home remodels. Awesome work, great teamwork beginning to end.

My sales person was Amy. She made this experience flow so easy, going above and beyond what box stores could ever offer. I had flooring, backsplash, and countertops installed. I couldn't have asked for better service. She guided me through this process with such care. I was kept inform each step of the way. The installers were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and were very careful and well mannered. I give The LightHouse & Flooring a rating of EXCELLENT!!!

Parker picked perfect tile and hardware, she has a great eye for design and is thoughtful in her choices. The flooring crew has been so professional and trustworthy as well. Our first choice for everything home related!!
