Living Baths

Living Baths did absolutely wonderful work remodeling our bathroom. The onsite contractor, Alex, was fabulous. All of his work was very meticulous and professional. Alex took personal pride with every detail of our bathroom, whether it was big or small. Alex is also a very pleasant person who communicated every detail with us to be sure we would be totally happy with the finished bathroom. The other folks at Living Baths, Sales (Nate), Project Management (Mark), the office staff, were also great to work with. Overall, we couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Living Baths!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Joe did a fantastic job going over all of our options and explaining the entire process as well as what to expect. Bree was helpful and professional. The workers were quick, friendly and easy to talk to. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and check in with me to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Our son has special needs, and this bathroom remodel was to ensure he could become more independent in a safe environment. Alex made sure we added all of the needed safety features to ensure our son’s safety was top priority. Our son is now able to shower on his own and he actually wants to get ready for bed! We found Living Baths on a Google Search and we are SO GLAD we did. Marc, the project manager, was super- he was responsive to all questions and went the extra distance at every turn. Pro Source (Chris) had excellent products and made the process of selecting the tile, flooring, etc so easy. Our installer, Dmitriy, was beyond amazing re his workmanship and so very nice. Brie is a great office quarterback ensuring all pieces came together. Aside from one glitch re the shower door coming to LB defective- the gut renovation took 9 days and included the removal Of a very large cast iron tub. Simply put-this was a great renovation experience and we love the new master bath.

We had our bathroom done a few months ago and I still smile every time I walk into the room. Living Baths did a great job. I had one small concern and Mark found a solution and it turned out great.The bathroom is beautiful, uncluttered and updated.

Living Baths did an amazing transformation on our 50s bathroom. Even though additional unexpected repairs needed to be made, they still finished the project in about a week. Alex explained the whole process and came out to the house several times to make sure the project was on track. He worked with us on financing to help us stay on budget. Mike, Bob, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. We were able to work from home during the construction with minimal disruption and they kept the rest of the house as clean as possible. Our new bathroom is beautiful and functional!
