Post sale support has gotten worse to the point of replacement. What began as a commitment to good communication and timeliness has now fallen off during the warranty period of the expensive system we had installed. I have tried now multiple times to get Brant's attention, asked him to handle the appointment to tweak our sprinkler system a couple years after the initial work was done- wasn't expecting free warranty work, expected to pay. He sent out a 3 man crew and day one they flat out turned on each zone, seeing there were no busted heads, they just left. There were literally 20 adjustments that needed to be made. He sent them back and this time I had to project manage the changes for 45 minutes in the 100 degree temps prior to a ranger game I was attending in a suite- rendering me gros

Brant & Living Water did an amazing job fixing my sprinkler system for a section of my yard I was having new sod placed. I wanted to make sure the zone had proper coverage. Brant went above and beyond and not only fixed that zone but also some other heads that weren’t providing the proper coverage. Ill be recommending Brant & Living Water to all friends and family. Update: I had Brant out to help me diagnose why two of my zones stopped working. As always his crew was exceptional. They diagnosed and solved the issue and also went ahead and fixed some spray patterns to avoid overspray. 10/10 will always recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about the LWI Team - After getting an outrageous quote from another contractor, I called Brant’s team for a second opinion because I knew they would be knowledgable and honest, and they did not disappoint! They were able to repair the broken valves in my system the same day they came out to look at it for a fraction of the cost. They were professional and great to work with. Thank you, LWI team!

I have become a loyal customer. Jordan and Tony are great to work with. Jordan found 4 broken lines during the service call from cable company burying lines. He took the time to fixed them all and inspect the rest to ensure we had no more leaks. Thank you Jordan!

We had Michael with Living Water come check our sprinkler system this past winter as we were noticing water on our sidewalk. He was prompt, polite and professional. I appreciated that he called beforehand as well as we received a text from them along with his picture. When he rang the doorbell, I felt comfortable opening the door talking to him since I knew already what he looked like. We had more leakage later in the year and so we contacted them again. Found out it was not our sprinkler system, but more than likely either an underground gutter or simply ground water (as our home sits at the end of a hill). This service call was under warranty so we were not charged. Living Water was recommended to us by friends, and we would gladly recommend them also.
