Noah and his team are first rate. They are a pleasure to work with -- timely, professional, conscientious, excellent communicators. I hired them to replace a concrete patio, walkway and front steps. It was a big job. At one point, they discovered some issues with the foundation. Noah offered his best professional advice, we amended the work order and they did the extra work right away. They did an awesome job. I can't recommend Livingston Built highly enough!

Noah and his team were wonderful. We had a leak in the roof of an unstable part of our house and Noah came over within a day (and in the rain!) to take a look for us. We found his team to be so efficient and respectful of our property. Noah was communicative, knowledge and kind. We will definitely be working with Noah and his team again on future house projects.

Livingston did a deck repair and resurfacing for an apartment walkway. Noah was responsive to my requests, provided a reasonable and straightforward estimate with options I could choose from, and was flexible with payment scheduling. The work was excellent and met my expectations. He also provided pictures and video of work in progress. There were no unexpected costs or delays with work progression.

My family had an amazing experience with Livingston Built, which is a bit surprising based on my experience with previous unrelated Livingstons. I’ve had quite a bit of experience with home renovations, and I don’t think I have ever dealt with a contractor who actually stayed on time AND on budget. Noah was incredibly communicative through the whole process. It was a fairly big remodel and they kept the site super clean. Building is usually a huge pain. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Noah and his team.
