LJ Butler Plumbing and Heating

Had a pressure issue on a Saturday morning. Called LJ Butler and Wes picked up and was able to come out that day! He did some troubleshooting but wasn’t able to resolve my issue. But he didn’t even charge me for his time. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in for me, even on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Had a busted radiator pipe in an old stone house and went through 2 other plumbers before calling LJ Butler Plumbing. Wish I’d called them first. Wes came out the next day, showed up on time, and fixed the issue without any nonsense. Extremely professional, very thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. No upselling. Solid work at a fair price. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

I hired Wes to help with some plumbing work, and he did an amazing job. He replaced an old sump pump, fixed a water heater issue, and addressed some other odds and ends at extremely fair prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We highly recommend Wes from LJ Butler Plumbing & Heating. We had what felt like an emergency situation with water leaking from our hot water tank. We reached out to LJ Butler and Wes was able to come out the same day and take care of our problem. He was able to diagnose everything right away, and while other companies may have tried to get us to replace the entire hot water heater, Wes recognized that all we needed was a new expansion tank. He had all the parts and supplies in his truck and was able to get everything fixed very quickly. He even helped clean up the water that had leaked out that night. Excellent Plumbing service and excellent customer service. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with him.

Wes came out for a minor issue on New Year's day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He's very friendly and has great rates.
