I was asked politely to take down my legitimate review. And the wife of the owner of LKN would take down her ILLEGITIMATE review left on my business page out of spite. I would not recommend Josh’s service to anyone. He was hired by my agent to do work in my home. Small little repairs that would have been better left untouched. I couldve done the work better than he left it. He was hired to caulk in bathrooms, repair/paint water damaged sheetrock ceiling, patch, repair and repaint dents in the wall, put pipes in the wall and move the track for bifold doors in order to hang. For $1000+ you would think he got these done in a nice manner that looked professional. However the faucet for the garden tub he was supposed to reposition and patch the wall after is poorly done.
