We recently finished a major home addition with LKS Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The project included demolishing our old garage and mudroom, building a two-story addition with a new master bedroom/bath and family room, expanding our kitchen into an open-concept space, and adding a brand-new two-car garage. Communication throughout the project was great. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. With the prices of homes soaring and unreasonable mortgage rates buying a house was out of reach for us. However, we needed more space for our growing family. We hired Luiz and his crew at LKS construction to finish our basement and we were able to add 3 more rooms plus a full bathroom totaling well over 700 sq to our condo. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. The guys at LKS construction were super polite and professional and were able to help us every step of the way from start to finish. The LKS team did an excellent job renovating our outdated bathroom. We collaborated on the basic design and required changes to the layout. The team removed or moved some walls, built a fabulous shower, installed new lighting, outlets, switches, tile floors, and a standalone soaking tub. The entire job was professional and the LKS team were responsive to suggestions and handled any small issues quickly. Everything started with needing to find a construction company to repair exterior wood work on our home. I began a search for area construction companies, navigating their web sites for the types of construction work and reading reviews posted by their customers.
