Lloyd Pest & Termite Control

We have a monthly service for outside rodents like rats and mice.We live on the edge of a nature reserve so there are lots of critters roaming around. Josue is a conscientious and knowledgeable technician who services the traps and offers friendly communication with us. He always comes on time and does his job well. We highly recommend him and Lloyd Pest Control who also does our outdoor insect and home insect control.

Living in Cardiff is great, except there just is a lot of rats that have been in the area and it can be a little overwhelming. Over the years Edgar has been amazing at responding quickly and kindly to helping when one of our traps needs servicing. At this point, Edgar is nearly family and we joke he at the very least deserves a fruit basket for the holidays because he's always reliable, kind and prompt. Thank you Edgar and the team at Lloyds for all that you do to help maintain our outdoor living space.

Miguel and his crew did a great job on replacing the termite damaged facia boards. We have a narrow width north side of our house, so it is tough to set up to reach 2nd level, but they were able to safely get up high to fix the top level wood that had termite damage as well as other areas. Great communication and they cleaned up site daily. We had other bids but glad we chose Lloyds. Also, our sales gal Michelle and her scheduler were great to let us best pick the best 2-4 day time frame to do the work. Very professional company. Next up is the tenting!!

I would like to share my strong recommendation for Shiloh. He was excellent in explaining the ant problem in detail and providing clear information on the treatment approach. I especially appreciated that he used a non-bright solution, which was both effective and considerate for the environment. He conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism—kind, attentive, and patient in listening to my concerns and ensuring they were properly addressed.
