From start to finish this has been a great experience. My passenger door glass cracked. Dealer wanted an extremely high price to replace the glass. Called Lloyds Glass and Haley took the order, easing my mind regarding dealer vs non dealer replacement. Price quoted was several hundred dollars+ below dealer quote. Appointment was for the Crestview office at 10:00, and Rochelle was so pleasant to do business with. Felt like I’ve known her for years. Although 30 minutes early, my vehicle was brought right into the shop and Dylan immediately began getting the job done. Not only did he replace the glass he vacuumed the vehicle. Great job Dylan. Also many thanks to Haley and Rochelle. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing vehicle glass replacement.

Absolutely "ABOVE AND BEYOND " in every aspect of the phrase! Super friendly, through, knowledgeable office personnel! Windshield replacement went great, they even vacuumed my floor board, wiped down the dash and left very clear instructions for after care. I could not be more pleased with Lloyd's Glass in Crestview! I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of glass service to give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

5 stars for sure! I needed a new windshield and the local Ford dealership recommended Lloyds. Nikki was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the process, handled all the insurance paperwork and ordered a new OEM windshield on the spot. She scheduled the installation for 2 days later which was Christmas Eve! When I returned for the installation, Dylan did an outstanding job. The work was completed in 45 minutes and he even vacuumed the car interior. Highly recommended!

We’re from out of town and a rock hit our windshield. Rochelle and Dylan were great to fit us in that day and get a quick injection repair to keep it from growing. They were very pleasant to work with and It was a bonus that Dylan also vacuumed our floor mats! Very good service! Very nice people!
