Second time we have asked them for service in the last 6 months. Professional, expedient, and prompt both times. 1st time they installed can lighting in our kitchen after my husband fell trying to replace fluorescent tubes in our 9ft ceiling. They provided guidance on what we could do in the future fir lighting in our closets (also 9 ft ceiling) That time came 6 months later when our master closet light went out. Went with their suggested workaround. This time Rick handled everything himself. While we had him here we asked him to install an additional security device that there was no way we could handle. SUPERB company from the front office to the technicians.Couldn't ask for better! Pricing was more than reasonable!

I was able to get a quick appointment from a friendly dispatch person. The communication was good, with an email reminder regarding the appointment. On the day of service, the technician arrived before the appointment time (he called to verify this was ok), ready to work. He was pleasant and took no time to resolve the issue. Post service included a thank you and a receipt for payment. An overall perfect service experience. I already have another project for them. I recommend them for your electrical needs.

As a property manager, I know how challenging it can be to find reliable electricians who are willing to take on smaller jobs while still delivering top-notch service. Many companies seem to only prioritize larger projects, but that was not the case here. This team was not only willing to help us when we needed it most, but they also did the job efficiently, on time, and at a price that was both fair and reasonable for the work. I’ll be honest, I called eight other companies and either got sent to voicemail or was told they couldn’t schedule me for weeks. I found Vibrant through a local Facebook group post and had a completely different experience. I called and Tim was on site within a few hours to walk through the scope of work. Tim sent over a quote the same day, I approved it, and they were scheduled just a few days later to install electrical to my detached garage. The crew, Ryan and Peyton were really friendly and professional/hardworking and answered a lot of my q’s. Sub panel install looks great! I’ll definitely have these guys back out for any future work I need done. Prices were reasonable and the service was A+++. 🫡
